Our Process · 5 Stages

FEWER REVISIONS.
FASTER DELIVERY.
BETTER RESULTS.

Most visualization studios ask you to explain your product from scratch. We already understand engineering — which means less time in briefings, fewer revision cycles, and visuals your team can be proud of.

Stage 01 — Product Understanding

WE UNDERSTAND
THE ENGINEERING
BEFORE WE START

You get a studio that already speaks engineering before the briefing starts. We review your CAD files, drawings, and reference materials — and ask the right technical questions, not generic creative ones. The goal of Stage 01 is to build a complete, accurate picture of your product and its communication challenge — so the first visual is already close to correct.

Outcome
Complete Product Understanding
  • CAD model review and technical briefing
  • Engineering question session — we bring the questions, you bring the answers
  • Audience analysis: who will see these visuals, and what must they understand?
  • Scope and communication challenge definition

YOU APPROVE THE
APPROACH BEFORE
A FRAME IS RENDERED

No surprises mid-project. No scope creep. No budget overruns from misaligned expectations. Before production starts, you review and approve the complete visualization plan — camera angles, animation sequences, lighting direction, material style, and timeline. Everything is documented. Everything is agreed. Production only starts when you're confident in the direction.

Outcome
Agreed Visualization Plan
  • Visualization approach and media type recommendation
  • Storyboard development and scene planning
  • Camera angle and lighting direction approval
  • Animation sequencing and timing (for animation projects)
  • Project timeline and deliverable schedule

TECHNICALLY ACCURATE
WORK AT EVERY
CHECKPOINT

You see progress at defined checkpoints — not a finished file after weeks of silence. Every frame is built from your CAD data, which means reviews are about refinement, not rebuilding.

Outcome
Engineering-Verified Visual Assets
  • CAD-referenced 3D model build and preparation
  • AI-assisted PBR material and lighting development
  • Render or animation production (AI-denoised, engineering-verified)
  • Checkpoint reviews at defined milestones
  • AR/XR integration for applicable projects
HOW WE USE AI IN PRODUCTION — AND WHERE WE DON'T

We run a hybrid production model: AI tools accelerate every task that doesn't require engineering judgement — PBR material synthesis, render denoising, IBL lighting estimation, environment asset creation. These are tasks where AI produces excellent quality and saves significant production time. We use it openly, because it's part of why our turnaround is faster than comparable studios.

What AI never touches: mechanical motion paths, assembly sequences, component relationships, the decisions about what a viewer needs to understand and in what order. These are defined by engineers. Every mechanism animation can be defended frame-by-frame in front of your engineering team — because it was built by one.

YOUR FEEDBACK
SHAPES THE
FINAL RESULT

Structured review cycles with clear feedback documentation — no email threads, no missed notes, no confusion about which version is current. Because the work started from your engineering data, most feedback at this stage is about emphasis and presentation, not technical corrections. That's what makes our revision cycles shorter than the industry average.

Outcome
Polished, Signed-Off Visuals
  • Structured review rounds with documented feedback
  • Technical accuracy sign-off from your engineering team
  • Presentation and composition refinements
  • Final adjustments to lighting, materials, or timing

READY TO USE
ACROSS EVERY
CHANNEL

Final assets delivered in every format your team needs — print resolution, web-optimized, social-ready, AR-deployable. Not just one file format as an afterthought. We brief your team on how to get the most from each asset, and stay available for post-delivery support if formats or use cases change.

Outcome
Deploy-Ready Assets, Every Format
  • Print and high-resolution render files
  • Web-optimized and compressed versions
  • Social media format exports
  • AR catalog deployment (for XR projects)
  • Asset usage brief for your team
  • 30-day post-delivery support window
